During the last 15 years, More than 06 hundred light & heavy duty Heat Exchangers of above type have been fabricated and supplied to NRL, Byco, PPL , IRL, OGDC, SSGC, Engro, FFBL, PSO, Gatron Industries and Procter & Gamble Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, etc.
Fin Fan Air Coolers 42 Nos. Cross Flow Air Cooled Heat Exchangers with Aluminum Fined Tubes / Bare Carbon Steel Tubes of A-179 Material Max. Length 34ft. x Max. No. of Tubes 550 of 1″Ø were completely fabricated & Supplied to NRL.
INTER STAGE & OUTER STAGE COOLERS FOR AIR COMPRESSORS.
More than 100 Nos. Coolers for deferent type of Air Compressor have been fabricated with Stainless Steel / Copper Tubes and supplied to various textile industries in Pakistan.
RETUBING OF AIR COOLER AND HEAT EXCHANGER BUNDLES.
During emergency/schedule turnaround Re-tubing of tubes bundles & Fin Fan Air Cooler for National Refinery Ltd, Engro, Byco Refinery and Indus Refinery were also carried out in different sizes & material at our works and also at site.

Evaporators, screw Conveyors with PIV Gear Boxes coupled with 10 HP Electric Motors. Struders with conveyors System, Flash Tanks, Stainless Steel Jacketed, Agitators, Cyclone Pots Feed Pots, Crucher Vessels (All of Stainless Steel A-316), Soap Recovery Kettles and Stainless Steel Storage Tanks.
PIPE LINES.
Underground and Overhead Pipe Lines from 1″Ø to 12″Ø with Values, Fitting & Hook up connections x 3000 Rft. Layed down at Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Unit No. 04. Overhead Pipe Lines at 20ft height x 5ft diameter with expansion bellows were layed down with adjustment of old lines at Gul Ahmed Power House Korangi.
Similar Pipe Lines fabrication, were carried out in National Refinery Ltd and other organizations.

BRIEF DETAILS OF MAJOR JOBS CARRIED OUT ON WARTSILA DIESEL GENERATORS.
Repairing Damage 11 Nos. Radiators of Wartsila Diesel Engines Ranging from 1MW jto 15MW. (Weight of Radiator 04 Tons each).
Realigment of exhaust overhead pipe lines of 05ft. Ø x. 20ft. height with expansion bellows & bilers. (Cost of project was approximately 05 Million Rupees).
Resleaving cylinder heads by machining the bore of cylinder heads and shrink fitting a carbon steel sleeve with liquid nitrogen with hydraulic pressure test given. 5 Nos. cylinder heads completed. This was a critical and highly precision job previously handled by foreigners.
Weld repairs of leaky casings of turbochargers by patch welding and finally hydraulic pressure testing 08 Nos. casings repaired during the last 02 years which are running trouble free.

Lifting Shifting of Wartsila diesel generator (90 Tons) for general overhauling (carried out by Wartsila Pakistan Ltd.) and reinstalling the same at foundations. Surface machining of 16 Nos. foundation pads (found twisted) at site by a portable shaping machine specially designed and manufactured by us.
Repairing / Rolling of leaky tubes of Air Coolers 06 Nos.
